This Cookie Policy describes how Andri AI B.V. ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies, scripts, and similar technologies on www.andri.ai. It is written to comply with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and the Dutch Telecommunications Act. This policy describes exactly what our website does: we do not list technologies we do not use.
What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit our website. Similar technologies, such as localStorage and tracking pixels, are covered by the same rules. For anything that is not strictly necessary for the site to function, we ask for your consent first.
How Consent Works
- On your first visit you will see a cookie banner. Accepting and declining are equally easy: one click for either. Via "Settings" you can choose per purpose (analytics and marketing separately).
- No analytics or marketing cookies are placed before you have made a choice.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.
- Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. A refusal is remembered just as long as an acceptance.

Cookieless Analytics
Our hosting provider Vercel collects anonymised visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) and performance measurements (Vercel Speed Insights). These services set no cookies and use no localStorage. Visitors are recognised via a hash that rotates daily, which makes tracking across days or websites impossible. No profiles are built. This therefore falls under the legal exemption for low-privacy-impact analytics and requires no consent. More information: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
The Andri Application (app.andri.ai)
When you sign in to the Andri application at app.andri.ai, strictly necessary authentication cookies are set by our login provider Clerk (such as __session and __client). These are essential to sign you in and keep you signed in, and therefore require no consent. The processing of personal data within the application is described in our Privacy Policy.
Transfers Outside the EEA
Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn may process data in the United States. These transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have, among others, the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data (the "right to be forgotten"). How to exercise these rights is described in our Privacy Policy.
